Ooopps....

Guess I didn't get off to a good start with blogging. I'm a secret follower of  a hundred blogs and I always want to join in on the happenings i.e. the farmer's wife quilt along (you can find the original blogger(s)/post here and here also there is a Flickr group here. I've ordered my book through amazon and well it won't ship until June 24 to July 3. That will put me well over a month behind everyone. I'll have to sew like a mad woman to catch up.

Day 1

I'm not really sure how to begin a blog, so I'll just jump right in. I've been toying with the idea of actually creating a blog for about a year now. I'm sure the interest in what I actually do will be minimal.Since I enjoy quilting (I'm fairly new) I will make that the focus of my blog. I may throw in some family life, baking/cooking and renovating.
I spent several hours researching a name and ended up decided on Pink Peppercorn quilts. Many google searches didn't turn up any existing quilters using this name hopefully google has not failed me.
